These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between jaya9b ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, product, feature, or content available through the jaya9b website at https://jaya9b.app and any associated mobile or web-based applications.

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on jaya9b, through which the User accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and any confirmed bonus credits that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive issued by jaya9b to a User, subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on jaya9b are denominated.

• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by jaya9b for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any financial sanctions list or designated as a politically exposed person (PEP) in circumstances that would prohibit jaya9b from providing you with services.

jaya9b reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of a review.

To access the full range of jaya9b's services, you must create a registered Account. One Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different personal details, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

jaya9b will conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures, which may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You consent to these checks as a condition of Account creation and continued Account use. Documents accepted for KYC verification include:

• Valid passport

• Utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days (for address verification)

jaya9b reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. An Account that has been registered but has not yet completed KYC verification may be subject to deposit, wagering, and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any other person to access your Account. jaya9b will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

All financial transactions on jaya9b are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods:

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where jaya9b detects that a withdrawal is being directed to an account not held in the Account holder's name, the withdrawal will be declined and the matter referred for further investigation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jaya9b bonuses:

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity on jaya9b are subject to the specific rules published for each Game or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable Game rules before placing any wager. jaya9b is not responsible for wagers placed under a misunderstanding of the relevant Game rules.

In the context of cricket and other sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently abandoned due to weather, match cancellation, or force majeure will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published on the Platform. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, jaya9b reserves the right to void any bet placed at a clearly erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been accepted by the system.

jaya9b's total aggregate liability to you in relation to any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jaya9b's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jaya9b is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by jaya9b's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available in full at /privacy-policy.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to jaya9b processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and fraud prevention.
